About me
Hi! I’m Anna, the girl behind In Search of Everywhere. After travelling across South and Central America in early 2023, I decided to start this blog to answer some of the questions I had (but couldn’t find).
Since then, I’ve been writing about the places I’ve visited, from the faraway to the much closer to home.

Ratings
Throughout In Search of Everywhere, you’ll see a rating system being used. These ratings are there so that I (and anyone else using this blog) can easily see whether a destination is worth visiting.
The four ratings I normally use are:
- Accessibility: how easy it is to get there and get around, and if there are any accessibility issues which would make it difficult to visit
- Safety: how safe it is in terms of health, crime and danger
- Enjoyment: how much I enjoyed visiting the place, and if I think others would feel the same
- Value: how affordable the place is, relative to the costs in the surrounding area / country
